Church of the Holy Innocents, also known as Church of the Nativity of our Virgin Lady, is a historic Episcopal church located at Albany, Albany County, New York. It was built about 1850 and consists of the church and an adjacent chapel in an early Gothic Revival style. They are both "T"-shaped structures built of coursed rubble masonry with dressings of Portland stone. Both structures features steeply pitched slate covered gable roofs. They also feature stained glass windows designed by John Bolton. The church is occupied by a Russian Orthodox Church, who added an onion dome to the original tower.[2]

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.[1]
