Church of Saint Mary the Virgin and Greeley Grove is a historic Episcopal church at 191 South Greeley Avenue in Chappaqua, Westchester County, New York.

The church was built in 1904-1905 and was originally built and donated by Gabrielle Greeley and her husband Rev Clendenin as a memorial to their daughter Muriel who died young. It is a close copy of the Church of Saint Mary the Virgin at Monken Hadley, England, built in the 1400s. It includes a window from that church. The church features a crenallated tower containing a ten bell carillon.[2]

The accompanying Greeley Grove is an evergreen forest that was originally planted about 1856 by Horace Greeley as a farm windbreak.[2] There is currently a trail that winds along the top of a ravine overlooking Tercia Brook which flows through the area. Greeley originally built a dam in the area which has since been the subject of decay and vandalism. The grove itself is home to frogs, raccoons, owls and other species and is mostly a wetland area.

The grave of Gabrielle Greeley lies behind the church along with that of Muriel Greeley and other Greeley family members.

The church and grove were added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.[1]
