Pennsylvania Route 413 is a 31-mile (50 km) long, north–south state highway running from the PA/NJ state line on the Burlington-Bristol Bridge (outside of Bristol) to PA 611 in Bedminster Township in Bucks County. PA 413 is signed north–south and travels that direction for most of the route, but upon crossing the Burlington-Bristol Bridge & the New Jersey state line and continuing south to U.S. Route 130 in Burlington, New Jersey as New Jersey Route 413, the route is signed east–west despite its north–south direction.

Route description

Pennsylvania Route 413 heads north from the Burlington-Bristol Bridge on New Rodgers Road into Bristol Township. In Bristol Township, it intersects U.S. Route 13 and continues north where it features a ramp connection to Interstate 95. It then heads north, passing under the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Interstate 276) and enters Middletown Township. It continues north to U.S. Route 1 Business, the Lincoln Highway, and turns west, forming a concurrency. The road interchanges with I-95 again and heads west into Langhorne Manor where it meets the northern terminus of Pennsylvania Route 513 and turns north onto Bellevue Avenue. PA 413 heads north on Bellevue Avenue before shifting a block to the east onto Pine Street. Within a short distance, the route interchanges with U.S. 1 and continues into the borough of Langhorne, where it intersects Pennsylvania Route 213. It then re-enters Middletown Township and takes on the name of Newtown Langhorne Road. It heads north into Newtown Township where it meets the Newtown Bypass, a road that serves as a ¾ bypass of the borough of Newtown. PA 413 turns west onto the bypass, merging with Pennsylvania Route 332. Shortly after, Pennsylvania Route 532 merges onto the bypass, forming a three-way concurrency, PA 332 eventually heads to the west on Richboro Road and PA 413 and PA 532 continue to the northern edge of Newtown, where PA 413 splits from PA 532 and heads to the northwest on Durham Road.

Durham Road carries Pennsylvania Route 413 into Wrightstown Township, where it intersects Pennsylvania Route 232. It then continues into Buckingham Township, where, in the village of Buckingham it intersects Pennsylvania Route 263 and then U.S. Route 202 within a short distance of each other. PA 413 continues northwest, passing through Plumstead Township, before heading to its northern terminus at Pennsylvania Route 611 in the village of Pipersville in Bedminster Township.
