The Division of Liquor Control, part of the Ohio Department of Commerce, controls alcohol manufacturing, distribution and sales within the U.S. state of Ohio. Liquor is sold through businesses in Ohio known as contract liquor agencies. The agency also controls the issuance of permits to all businesses manufacturing, distributing, and selling alcoholic beverages. Rae Ann Estep is the current superintendent of this state agency.
