The New Hampshire Liquor Commission regulates the sale of alcoholic beverages in the state of New Hampshire, one of eighteen so-called alcoholic beverage control states.

The Commission is composed of three Commissioners, one of whom is the Chairman; as of 2006, that position is held by Anthony C. Maiola. [1] The term of commissioners is six years, and no more than two may belong to the same political party [2]. The Liquor Commission has three Bureaus:

  • Enforcement and Licensing – which enforces the state's liquor laws;
  • Marketing and Sales – which operates the state's liquor stores
  • Administrative Services.
