Mercantile Trust and Deposit Company is a historic bank building located at Baltimore, Maryland, United States. It is a brick-with-stone-ornamentation Romanesque Revival structure. The exterior features deeply set windows, round-arch window openings, squat columns with foliated capitals, broad plane roofs steeply pitched, and straight-topped windows in groups. The interior features a large banking room with a balcony, Corinthian columns and ornate wall plaster work. It was designed by the Baltimore architectural firm of Wyatt and Sperry and constructed about 1885.[2]

Mercantile Trust and Deposit Company was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.[1]
