Dorchester Heights Historic District is a historic district roughly a one block area surrounding Telegraph Hill in South Boston, Massachusetts. Dorchester Heights was part of Dorchester until 1804 when it became part of the newly formed neighborhood of South Boston

Although the National Register date is 1776, that is related to its role in the American Revolution which is commemorated at the Dorchester Heights National Historic Site, which is at the center of this Historic District. The district was built largely in the nineteenth century and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.
