The Oscar Stanton De Priest House is the current name of an eight-flat apartment building located at 4536-4538 South Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Drive in Chicago, Illinois, USA. It was built in 1920 and is part of the Grand Boulevard community area.

From 1929 to 1951, it served as the home of Oscar Stanton De Priest, the first post-Reconstruction African American elected to the United States Congress. The building was designated a National Historic Landmark on May 15, 1975.[3] It is not currently open to the public.
