The Robert S. Abbott House is the former home of Robert S. Abbott, founder of the "Chicago Defender" newspaper. Located at 4742 South Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive in Grand Boulevard community area of Chicago, Illinois, the building earned National Historic Landmark status in 1976.
