The Roman Catholic Diocese of Amos (Latin: Dioecesis Amosensis) is a Roman Catholic diocese that includes part of the Province of Quebec. It is currently led by Bishop-elect Gilles Lemay, formerly an Auxiliary Bishop (assistant bishop) of the Archdiocese of Quebec, since his appointment by Pope Benedict XVI on Tuesday, February 22, 2011, to replace the retiring former Bishop Tremblay, who had reached the normal retirement age for bishops of 75.

The diocese has 35 priests, 96 religious, and 88,875 Catholics. It has a total area of 127,237 square miles (329,540 km2) and a total population of 111,220.
