Route 65

County Route 65 is an east–west route named Lakeview Road in the Town of Hamburg and Evans Street in the Village of Hamburg. Route 65 begins at Old Lakeshore Road (CR 127) and travels east towards its first intersection at Lake Shore Road (NY 5) at 0.7 miles (1.1 km). Further east there is an intersection with busy Southwestern Boulevard (US 20) at 2.2 miles (3.5 km). Lakeview Road then continues east toward the Village of Hamburg passing under Interstate 90 at 2.6 miles (4.2 km) and roughly paralleling Eighteen Mile Creek until Route 65 enters the village. Route 65 comes to its east end named Evans Street in the village at its intersection with Pierce Avenue and Main Street (US 62 / NY 75).

Route 67

County Route 67 is an east–west route that lies almost entirely in the Town of Aurora, but crosses just into Wales at its east end. It begins at its west end in Aurora at Boies Road (CR 541), intersects Center Street (CR 33) and then runs west through Emery County Park[2] and to an end at Olean Road (NY 16) in South Wales.

Route 68

County Route 68 is an east–west route entirely in the Town of Clarence. It runs from its west end at Transit Road (NY 78) in Swormville and runs it a general northwest–southeast direction. Route 68 intersects County Road (CR 282) at 0.5 miles (0.80 km) and continues southwest for a good distance until it reaches an intersection with Connor Road (CR 281) and turns due south and come to an end shortly thereafter at Stahley's intersction with Clarence Center Road (CR 217), which if you make a left from here takes you into Clarence Center.

Route 73

County Route 73 is an east–west route in the Towns of North Collins and Concord named Genesee Road. Route 73 begins at its west end at Quaker Street (CR 498) and travels east intersecting Sisson Hwy. (NY 75) in North Collins and coming to its east end in the hamlet of Wyandale in Concord at an intersection with Wyandale Road (CR 50) /Mortons Corners-Wyandale Road (CR 106) and CR 49 (Genesee Road continues east as CR 49).

Genesee Road is 32 miles (51 km) long and stretches from Quaker Street (CR 498) in North Collins to New York State Route 39 in the town of Eagle in Wyoming County. The portion of Genesee Road in Erie County consists of three county routes: CR 73, CR 49 (6.4 miles or 10.3 kilometres) from the intersection of Wyandale Road (CR 50) and Mortons Corners – Wyandale Road (CR 106) to New York State Route 240 in Concord, and CR 409 (8.5 miles or 13.7 kilometres) from NY 240 to the Wyoming County line.

Route 74

County Route 74 is an east–west route entirely in the Town of Collins. It runs from its west end at the Gowanda Village line east to its end at its intersection with Foster Road (CR 508) and Zoar Road (CR 457) in the hamlet of Zoar. Route 74 intersects South Quaker Road (CR 506) at 0.8 miles (1.3 km) east of the village. Gowanda-Zoar Road runs north of Zoar Valley State Multiple Use Area of whichCattaraugus Creek runs through.

County Route 82 is a north–south route in the Town of Concord and Village of Springville. Route 82 begins at Erie - Cattaraugus County Line south of Springville in the Town of ConcoRoad Named Buffalo Road, route 82 heads north into the Village of Springville and turns into Mill Street. At an intersection within the village with Cattaraugus Street (CR 62) Route 82 turns left (continues north) onto South Buffalo Street and keeps that name until its north end at Main Street (NY 39) within the Village.

Route 85

County Route 85 is an east–west Route in the Towns of Aurora and Wales named Blakeley Corners Road. Route 85 begins its west end Mill Road (CR 47). From there route 85 heads east intersecting Center Street (CR 33) at 1.2 miles (1.9 km), passes over the Aurora Expressway (NY 400 also NY 16 at that point) at 2.8 miles (4.5 km) and then intersects Olean Road (unsigned NY 951V) at 3.1 miles (5.0 km). Blakeley Corners Road then continues east into the Town of Wales and ends at an intersection with Reiter Road (CR 383) and Centerline Road (CR 175) which is pretty much the continuation of Blakeley east through Wales.

Route 86

County Route 87 is a north–south route in the Town of Amherst named Hopkins Road. Route 86 begins at its south end at an intersection with Sheridan Dr. (NY 324) and Evans Street (CR 195). Hopkins Road heads north from there and intersects busy Maple Road (CR 192) at nine-tenths of a mile. Other notable intersections along after Maple Road include Dodge Road (CR 45 & Former NY 356), North French Road (CR 299), and Millersport Hwy. (NY 263) a very busy north–south highway for traffic to and from Buffalo and Lockport. From Route 86's south end, Hopkins has been a relatively straight north–south Road, but after crossing Millersport, Hopkins turns a sharp left then right and heads north, traveling over Interstate 990 and then at an intersection north of the bridge, turn right and then curves northward and then travels north paralleling Ransom Creek for a while before coming to an end at Tonawanda Creek Road (CR 2), that parallels Tonawanda Creek and part of the Erie Canal along Amherst's northern border.

Route 91

County Route 91 is a fairly short north–south route in the Town of West Seneca named Slade Avenue. Route 91 travels from its south end at Ridge Road (CR 137), near Interstate 90 exit number 55, and travels north paralleling I-90 on its east side until its north end at its intersection with Orchard Park Road (NY 240) and Potters Road (unsigned NY 950M). The Seneca Mall lies to the east of Slade Avenue near its north end.

Route 93

County Route 93 is an east–west route in the Town of Brant named Milestrip Road. Route 93 begins at its east in within the Town of Brant at the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation Boundary. (There are no county routes on Indian Reservations). Route 93 travels through the center of Brant and into the Town of North Collins and ends at Gowanda State Road (US 62).

Route 95

The Aurora Expwy. (NY 400) passes over Route 95 at six-tenths of a mile.

Route 96
