County Route 129 Location: Tonawanda Length: 2.16 mi[1] (3.48 km) County Route 129 is an east–west highway located within the town of Tonawanda. CR 129 begins at an intersection with Delaware Road adjacent to Kenmore West Senior High School and heads eastward as Highland Avenue. One block east of Colvin Boulevard (CR 118), CR 129 turns southeast to follow Englewood Avenue. The route ends about 1.5 miles (2.4 km) later at a junction with CR 307 (Kenmore Avenue) at the Buffalo city line.

County Route 130 Location: Amherst–Tonawanda Length: 4.59 mi[2] (7.39 km) County Route 130 is a north–south highway located in the towns of Amherst and Tonawanda. The route begins at the Buffalo city line and heads north on Eggert Road into Amherst, intersecting Main Street (New York State Route 5) in the hamlet of Eggertsville. Past Main Street, CR 130 gradually turns to the northwest as it crosses both New York State Route 263 (Millersport Highway) and U.S. Route 62 (Bailey Avenue). The route continues onward, crossing into the town of Tonawanda upon intersecting Niagara Falls Boulevard (unsigned NY 950K). As Eggert Road continues northwest, it intersects New York State Route 324 (Sheridan Drive) before coming to an end at Interstate 290 exit 2 southeast of the city of Tonawanda. The exit also serves as the northern terminus of CR 118 (Colvin Boulevard) and the southern terminus of New York State Route 425 (Twin Cities Memorial Highway).

The route begins at the intersection of Lake Shore Road (New York State Route 5) and Old Lake Shore Road (CR127) in the town of Hamburg. It ends at Amsdell Road (CR122).

CR 139 intersects Walden Avenue (unsigned NY 952Q) and crosses over the Norfolk Southern Railway-owned Buffalo Line, the CSX Transportation-owned Rochester Subdivision, and Ellicott Creek before ending at a junction with New York State Route 33.

CR 152 begins at the Buffalo city line—where US 62 meets New York State Route 5—and follows Bailey Avenue north to New York State Route 324 (Sheridan Drive), where US 62 turns west to overlap NY 324.

County Route 155 Location: Lancaster - Clarence Length: 8.02 mi[5] (12.91 km) County Route 155 is an 8.02-mile (12.91 km) highway in the towns of Clarence and Lancaster. The highway, known locally as Ransom Road, begins at an intersection with CR 333 on the Lancaster-Elma town line and travels north to an intersection with NY 5 in the hamlet of Clarence Hollow.
County Route 155 travels north from its southern terminus, passing through wooded residential areas as a collector road, eventually crossing Cayuga Creek and intersecting US 20 a short distance east of the hamlet of Town Line. North of US 20, CR 155 crosses Norfolk Southern's Buffalo Line and CSX Transportation's Rochester Subdivision, both at grade, before intersecting Walden Avenue (unsigned NY 952Q) near Walden Pond Park. North of Walden Avenue, Ellicott Creek is crossed, with NY 33 encountered shortly afterward. Past NY 33, CR 155 crosses the New York State Thruway (Interstate 90) just east of the Clarence Service Area, with no access between the two highways. Immediately north of Interstate 90, the town of Clarence is entered. Within Clarence, CR 155 passes the Brothers of Mercy assisted living facility before entering the hamlet of Clarence Hollow. CR 155 then descends the Onondaga Escarpment, before coming to an end at NY 5.
