Dousman Hotel is a site significant for being one of the major hotels in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin. The Dousman Hotel was named after Hercules L. Dousman, an early Wisconsin fur trader and land speculator, who became the state's first millionaire.[3]

It was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1960.[2][4]
