(Pousargues, 1893)The African Groove-toothed Rat or Mill Rat (Mylomys dybowskii) is a species of rodent in the family Muridae. It is found in Angola, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Guinea, Kenya, Liberia, Malawi, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Uganda.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland. It is threatened by habitat loss.
