The Greater Bandicoot Rat ("Bandicota indica") is a species of rodent in the Muridae family. It is found in China, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.It can grow to about 13 inches without including the tail which can grow to be just as long.
