Sri LankaMister International 2010, the 5th edition of the Mister International male pageant, will be held at Central Park in Jakarta, Indonesia[1][2] on November 20, 2010. 40 contestants will compete for the title, the highest number of contestants since the pageant's inception in 2006. Mister International 2009 Bruno Kettels from Bolivia crown his successor Ryan Terry of Great Britain.

- Venezuela placed for the fifth consecutive time holding the longest streak.

- USA streak of placements was broken when contestant withdrew from the pageant.
- Lebanon and Singapore did not made into the semi-finals for the first time.
- Namibia is the only African country to make the semi-finals.
