Maple Ridge is a mobile home park located in south east Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. It is bounded on all sides by industrial subdivisions, and had a population of 1564 according to the 2005 Edmonton municipal census.
Three out of four of the homes in Maple Ridge (75.2%) were moved into the park during the 1970s, with a small percentage (3.5%) predating 1970. Most of the remainder were moved into the psrk during the first half of the 1980s.[1]
All the homes in the neighbourhood are mobiles homes. Owner occupancy is high, with roughly 96% of homes being owner occupied.[2]
It is bounded on the west by 17 Street. The park is located within a largely rectangular area with the souther boundary located at approximately 61 Avenue and the northern boundary located at approximately 66 Avenue.[3] The eastern boundary is located to the west of Meridian Street.
