Please note: methodology may vary year on year. Mills Hill railway station is in the Mills Hill area of Middleton in the Metropolitan Borough of Rochdale,[1] in Greater Manchester, England. The station is 9 km (5¾ miles) north of Manchester Victoria on the Caldervale Line. Mills Hill lies on Middleton's common boundary with Chadderton,[1] and thus serves both communities.

History
The original station opened in 1839 before the completion of the branches to Middleton and Oldham, and closed in 1842 when these were opened. The current station opened in 1985 at the same point as the original.
Services
On Monday to Saturday daytimes, there is a half-hourly service to Manchester Victoria southbound (with an hourly extension to Bolton & Wigan) and Rochdale northbound. Since the December 2008 timetable change,[2] alternate Rochdale trains continue eastwards to Leeds via Dewsbury.
In the evenings and on Sundays there is an hourly service to Manchester Victoria and to Leeds via Bradford.
