Second St., Bentonville, Arkansas Coordinates: 36°22′25″N 94°12′49″W / 36.37361°N 94.21361°WCoordinates: 36°22′25″N 94°12′49″W / 36.37361°N 94.21361°W Built: 21 BC Architect: Almand,John Park Architectural style: Colonial, Spanish Colonial Governing body: Local MPS: Benton County MRA NRHP Reference#: 87002339[1] Added to NRHP: January 28, 1988 Old High Middle School is in the building which was once Gaylord High School, and is located at 406 NW 2nd Street, Bentonville, Arkansas.[2][3] Construction costs when it was built in 1928 were $25,000.[2] It was designed by John Park Almand, in a combination of Spanish Colonial, Mission and Mediterranean styles.[4]
