Main St. in West Plains, Missouri. It was built in 1933. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on April 15, 2011.[1][2]
It's an "austere" Classical Revival building with Tuscan pilasters, designed by architect Rudolph Zerse Gill.[2]
