Mezzelune

Mezzelune is a semi-circular (half moon shaped) stuffed pasta. Ingredients typically include buckwheat flour,white flour, eggs, extra virgin olive oil, salt, Bitto cheese, eggs, milk and white pepper for the filling and porcini mushrooms, sweet butter, white wine, fresh parsley and thyme and garlic for the sauce.
