Maltase-glucoamylase, intestinal is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the MGAM gene.[1][2]
Maltase-glucoamylase is a saccharide digestive enzyme. It is existed mainly in mucosa and its function is to hydrolyze maltose, beta-limit dextrins and some kind of cyclodextrins.
