The Makens Bemont House, commonly called the Huguenot House, is a property in East Hartford, Connecticut that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

The house is one of several buildings located in Martin Park and operated by the Historical Society of East Hartford as the Historical Houses at Martin Park. The Makens Bemont House is furnished to appear as if owned by a late 18th/early 19th century workingman.

The other buildings are the 1820s period Goodwin Schoolhouse and the 1850s Burnham Blacksmith Shop, which features late 19th and early 20th century tools and equipment. The museum is open seasonally.

The Makens Bemont House was built in 1761 and was relocated to its current location in 1971.[1][2]

The listing included one contributing building and one other building and one other structure that are non-contributing, on an area of less than 1 acre (0.40 ha).[1]
