Architectural style: Classical Revival, Renaissance Governing body: General Services Administration NRHP Reference#: 86003097[1] Added to NRHP: November 06, 1986 Duluth Civic Center Historic District is a historic district in Duluth, Minnesota that includes three buildings: the St. Louis County Courthouse, designed by architect Daniel Burnham and built in 1908-1909; Duluth City Hall, designed by Thomas J. Shefchik built in 1928, and the Federal Building, designed by government architects and built in 1920. The center is a notable work of the City Beautiful movement[2][3] The complex is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.[1]
