Daniel Demarest House, is located in Dumont, New Jersey. The house was built in 1724 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places on January 9, 1983.

The oldest house in Bergen Countythe house is one many Bergen Dutch houses built by descendents of early settlers to New Netherland.[3]
