Dale Jerome Willis (born May 29, 1938) is a former American college and professional baseball player who was a pitcher in Major League Baseball for single season in 1963.

Willis was born in Calhoun, Georgia in 1938. He attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, where he played for coach Dave Fuller's Florida Gators baseball team in 1955 and 1956. He was later inducted into the University of Florida Athletic Hall of Fame as a "Gator Great" in 1976.[1][2]

Willis was signed by the Kansas City Athletics as an amateur free agent in 1960. He played for the Athletics in 1963. In twenty-five career games, he had a 0–2 record with a 5.04 earned run average (ERA). Willis batted and threw right-handed.

After retiring from professional baseball, Willis worked in the construction equipment business and became a vice president of the Sims Crane & Equipment Company in Tampa, Florida.
