Jack Katz is the founder of the "Panama Jack Company".

Katz was a college football starting defensive lineman for the Florida Gators from 1962-1964. He was also an initiated member of Sigma Nu Fraternity at the U.of F.. Shortly after graduating from the University of Florida, he founded the Panama Jack Company.
