Errict Undra Rhett (born December 11, 1970 in Pembroke Pines, Florida) is a former professional American football player who was selected by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the 2nd round of the 1994 NFL Draft. A 5'11", 211 lbs. running back selected in the second round (34th pick overall) from the University of Florida, Rhett played in 7 NFL seasons from 1994-2000.

His best post-Tampa Bay season came in 1999 when he rushed for 852 yards as a member of the Baltimore Ravens. Rhett's career ended when the Cleveland Browns waived him right before the start of the 2001 season. He finished with 4,143 career rushing yards and 32 touchdowns (29 rushing).

He is a brother of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.

Rhett was named MVP of the 1994 Sugar Bowl, a 41-7 win over West Virginia. Rhett rushed for 105 yards and three touchdowns in the victory.

He is currently the running back coach for the Piper High School Bengals located in Sunrise, Florida
