Operational headquarters are in the United Kingdom at Dalham Hall near Newmarket, Suffolk. In the United States, Darley America is based at the historic Jonabell Farm in Lexington, Kentucky. Irish operations are at Kildangan Stud in Kildangan, County Kildare. Darley Australia has four studs, one in Victoria and three in the Hunter Valley in New South Wales.
In 2007, Darley had fifty-two stallions standing at stud in seven countries.
On 16 May 2008, Darley Australia acquired Woodlands Stud and Crown Lodge, established and owned by the Ingham family. The acquisition added Lonhro and his sire Octagonal to Darley Australia's strong stallion roster.
