Nidhauli Kalan is a town and a nagar panchayat in Etah district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.

Demographics

As of 2001 India census[1], Nidhauli Kalan had a population of 7500. Males constitute 55% of the population and females 45%. Nidhauli Kalan has an average literacy rate of 48%, lower than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 55%, and female literacy is 40%. In Nidhauli Kalan, 17% of the population is under 6 years of age.

The town shot into fame when Samajwadi Party President and former chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, Mulayam Singh Yadav contested and won the assembly election of November 1993 from Nidhauli Kalan. it is also an important centre of education especially of higher education.department of education of fh degree college is rated best in university.many school and colleges are set up by the mews society in order to provide education.student from all over India and abroad came here to study.fh degree college sone will be a deemed university as proposal is under consideration.
