[1]Added to NRHP: May 12, 2006 The house on Chiltern Drive was built for Frank Hibbard of Hibbard, Spencer, Bartlett & Company (which later became True Value) in 1903. The house is classic Mediterranean stucco with Terracotta roof. The inside was transformed by famed architect Stanley Anderson in the late 20's with a mission/arts and craft motif.
