[1]Added to NRHP: July 13, 1998 Davis Bridge Battlefield was the site of the Battle of Hatchie's Bridge on October 5, 1862.
As part of a long list of areas, the Siege and Battle of Corinth Sites, a 5-acre (20,000 m2) area here was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1991.
The Davis Bridge Battlefield was separately listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.
