European Fantastic Film Festivals Federation (EFFFF), established in 1996, is a film organisation based Brussels, Belgium, dedicated to promoting and supporting European cinema, particularly films in the fantasy, horror and science fiction genres.

Through affiliations with more than 20 genre film festivals worldwide, the EFFFF sponsors the Golden Méliès Competition for Best European Fantastic Film, as well as a Best Asian Fantastic Film.

Méliès d'Or

Since 1996, the EFFFF has awarded the annual Méliès d'Or (Golden Méliès) for the Best European Fantastic Feature Film. The following films have received the award:[1]
