The Mid Coast is a region of Maine that includes the many small coastal towns of Lincoln, Knox, Waldo, Sagadahoc, and the northern coastal portion of Cumberland counties. Some of the towns are:

The Mid Coast is a popular tourist destination, and many own summer homes in the region. The area offers majestic views of Maine's rock-bound coast.
