The Nagar panchayat contains the famous ramsala which is believed to be a place of great saint namely bhikha saheb,gulal saheb etc.The non-veg can not be sell in market.Tons river is situated nearby.The nagar panchayat have a old talab name baraya pokhra which is famous for its large fishes, which comes out of surface of water when visitors put some food in it.Kankan ji is chairman presently. chitbaragaon is well connected with roadways and railway to varanasi(134km) and bihar.dr navneet singh edit some part of it.

Chitbara Gaon has an average literacy rate of 73%, lower than the national average of 79.9%; with male literacy of 78% and female literacy of 56%. 18% of the population is under 6 years of age. Aparnesh Kumar Tiwari ji is a famous personality of Chitbara Gaon. He is well known for his social activities. He Lives in Ward No. 13(Unchaki Ghaat). An MBA graduate from a reputed college established in Ghaziabad ,known as Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Techonology.
