Oakland Square Historic District in the South Oakland neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, contains Oakland Square and a number of homes that were built in the 1890s. The neighborhood was conceived in the 1890s by developer Eugene O'Neill to mimic the streets of Victorian England.[2] The district was added to the List of City of Pittsburgh historic designations on June 14, 2005.[1]
