Miss América Latina 2010 is the twenty-fourth international edition of the Miss América Latina contest. The final event was held on June 5, 2010 in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.[1] At the conclusion of the pageant, Johanna Solano from Costa Rica crowned Carolina Lemus of Colombia.
