Location: 1055 Ashford Ave., San Juan, Puerto Rico Built: 1919 Architect: Warren, Whitney; Wetmore, Charles Architectural style: Mission/Spanish Revival Governing body: Private NRHP Reference#: 08001110[1] Added to NRHP: November 25, 2008 The Condado Vanderbilt Hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico was built in 1919. It is or has been known also as Grand Hotel Condado Vanderbilt, The Condado Hotel, Hotel Condado, Condado Beach Hotel, or Hyatt Puerto Rico Hotel. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.[1] It is currently under reconstruction as a part of the Condado Trio Renovation Project along with La Concha, to revive the Condado area of San Juan.
