(2000)Clapton Chronicles: The Best of Eric Clapton is one of the many compilation albums by legendary English guitarist, Eric Clapton. The album was released on 12 October 1999 by the Reprise Records label.[1] Two new songs are included on the disc, Blue Eyes Blue and (I) Get Lost.
