Michael Home) is a moshav in central Israel. Located to the south of Beit Shemesh, it falls under the jurisdiction of Mateh Yehuda Regional Council. In 2006 it had a population of 428.
The village was established in 1958 by immigrants from Iran. The founders were later joined by immigrants from Morocco. The village Roglit (Hebrew: רוֹגְלִית) was merged into Neve Michael.
