Zekharia (Lang-he|זכריה) is a moshav in central Israel. Located near Beit Shemesh, it falls under the jurisdiction of Mateh Yehuda Regional Council. In 2006 it had a population of 715.

The village was established in 1950 by immigrants from Kurdistan on land which had formerly belonged to the abandoned Arab village of Az-Zakariyya. Both were named after Zechariah.
