Bogata (formerly Bogata de Mureş; Hungarian: Marosbogát; Hungarian pronunciation: [mɒroʃboɡaːt]) is a commune in Mureş County, Transylvania, Romania. It is composed of two villages, Bogata and Ranta.

The settlement is first documented in 1295.
