Pennsylvania Route 341 is a state highway in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The route runs from Pennsylvania Route 230 in Londonderry Township in Dauphin County east to Pennsylvania Route 241 in South Londonderry Township in Lebanon County.

Route description

Pennsylvania Route 341 heads east from Pennsylvania Route 230. It crosses under the Pennsylvania Route 283 expressway and then intersects Toll House Road, which provides access to PA 283. It then crosses over the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Interstate 76) and enters Conewago Township and intersects Pennsylvania Route 743. The route crosses into South Londonderry Township in Lebanon County and ends at Pennsylvania Route 241.

Pennsylvania Route 341 Truck is an eastbound truck bypass of Pennsylvania Route 341 between PA 230 in Londonderry Township and PA 743 in Conewago Township. The route heads east from the western terminus of PA 341 on PA 230 for a short distance, north on Toll House Road for a brief distance, and then east on the Pennsylvania Route 283 freeway. It follows PA 283 up to the next exit with PA 743 in Mount Joy Township, Lancaster County. It then heads north on PA 743, entering Conewago Township, Dauphin County, before returning to PA 341 near the village of Deodate.
