This is a list of destinations and airports that Air Midwest currently serves. As of January 2008, the airline has scheduled service to 38 cities in 12 states.

United States

Mesa has given DOT notice it plans to discontinue all EAS flying in Nebraska, Arkansas, Kansas and Missouri.
