Neuse Township (also designated Township 13) is one of twenty townships within Wake County, North Carolina. As of the 2000 census, Neuse Township had a population of 48,256, a 47.6% increase over 1990, and a population density of 2.51 people per acre (620/km²).
Neuse Township, occupying 19,200 acres (78 km²) in north-central Wake County, is almost completely occupied by portions of the city of Raleigh.
