White Oak Township, Wake County, North Carolina

White Oak Township (also designated Township 20) is one of twenty townships within Wake County, North Carolina, in the United States. As of the 2000 census, White Oak Township had a population of 38,710, a 260.0% increase over 1990, and a population density of 1.01 people per acre (250/km²).

White Oak Township, occupying 38,464 acres (156 km²) in western Wake County, includes the bulk of the town of Apex and portions of the town of Cary.
