Meredith Township (also designated Township 11) is one of twenty townships within Wake County, North Carolina. As of the 2000 census, Meredith Township had a population of 11,492, a 44.4% increase over 1990, and a population density of 1.03 people per acre (255/km²).

Meredith Township, occupying 11,136 acres (45 km²) in central Wake County, is almost completely occupied by portions of the city of Raleigh.
