Wake Forest Township (also designated Township 19) is one of twenty townships within Wake County, North Carolina, United States. As of the 2000 census, Wake Forest Township had a population of 29,845, a 91.5% increase over 1990, and a population density of 0.73 people per acre (180/km²).

Wake Forest Township, occupying 40,768 acres (165 km²) in northern Wake County, includes portions of the city of Raleigh and the entirety of the towns of Wake Forest and Rolesville.
