Little River Township (also designated Township 9) is one of twenty townships within Wake County, North Carolina. As of the 2000 census, Little River Township had a population of 10,985, a 26.8% increase over 1990, and a population density of 0.31 people per acre (77/km²).

Little River Township, occupying 35,968 acres (146 km²) in eastern Wake County, includes the entire town of Zebulon.
