The Legislative District of Mountain Province is the current representation of the Mountain Province in the Philippine House of Representatives.

The present-day provinces of Apayao, Benguet, Ifugao and Kalinga as well as the independent city of Baguio formed part of the undivided province's representation until 1969. The former Mountain Province was represented by three delegates from 1916 until its division into four separate provinces in 1969, excluding the wartime Japanese-sponsored National Assembly from 1943 to 1944, when the province and the city of Baguio were each represented by two sets of delegates. From 1916 to 1935, the former Mountain Province was represented by three delegates appointed by the Governor-General, regardless of their residence. By virtue of Act No. 4203 of the Philippine Legislature enacted on July 23, 1935 the positions were made elective, and the province was divided into three districts with definite territorial composition.

Since the division of the old Mountain Province into four provinces on June 18, 1966 by virtue of Republic Act No. 4695, it has been reduced to a lone congressional district starting 1969, confined only to the limits of the former sub-province of Bontoc, which retained the name "Mountain Province". This present-day Mountain Province was represented as part of Region I from 1978 to 1984, and elected one representative to the Regular Batasang Pambansa in 1984. It retained its lone congressional district under the new Constitution which took effect on February 7, 1987, and elected its member to the restored House of Representatives starting that same year.
